Floor installation
We lay the floor in the agreed direction with the required movement allowances.
Finishing and handover
We complete the agreed skirting and thresholds and review the finished work.

Subfloor moisture and flatness are assessed for the chosen parquet and fitting method.
Floating or bonded?
A floating floor is not fixed to the subfloor. Bonded parquet requires a suitable substrate and system. The method is agreed for each project.
Material acclimatisation
Parquet is stored and acclimatised according to its own instructions.
Impact-sound insulation
The complete floor assembly and any housing-company requirements inform the underlay solution.

Is parquet suitable for underfloor heating?
Suitability, temperature limits and the underlay solution must be checked against the parquet and heating-system instructions. The material name alone does not establish compatibility.
Which direction should the boards run?
Light, room shape, subfloor and the chosen pattern influence direction. We review the options and agree the layout before starting.
What does the quotation and warranty cover?
