Before installation
A good result starts with planning.
Subfloor condition
The subfloor must be clean, dry, flat and sufficiently firm. Any necessary levelling is assessed before fitting.
Moisture and conditions
Moisture management and acclimatisation take account of the subfloor’s properties and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Skirting and thresholds
Floor height affects doors, thresholds and adjoining surfaces. Agree these details as part of the overall project.
Household tax deduction

What if removal reveals a problem?
If the subfloor or materials need further investigation, we agree the next steps before additional work. Suspected hazardous materials must be assessed appropriately before disturbance.
